Clearway Pain Solutions seeks a detail-oriented Medical Assistant to provide direct patient care under general supervision. You will enter patient intake and provider orders into the EMR, assist with forms, verify patient information, and support efficient patient flow while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

You will also prepare exam rooms, record vitals, dispense education materials, and aid in lab and radiology coordination.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and oral communication; customer service oriented.
• Able to establish/maintain effective relationships with doctors, staff, and the public.
• Able to work independently and in a team; flexible schedule; follow instructions.
• Patience and composure in stressful health-related situations.
• Strong organization and detail orientation.

Responsabilités

• Enter patient intake and provider orders into EMR.
• Assist patients with medical forms and HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain clean, stocked examination rooms and proper equipment.
• Capture vital signs and patient information; relay orders to providers.
• Obtain prior authorizations for radiology and prescriptions when needed.
• Provide back-up Ancillary Medical Assistant duties as needed.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards are followed.
