Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years medical office experience including customer service, cash handling, patient registration, scheduling, billing, and phone work; OR 1+ year KSC experience as ASR II.
• EMR experience and familiarity with medical terminology.
• Fluent in English, verbal and written.
• Solid computer skills and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent in-person and phone customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial reviewer, patient service, PBX operator, appointments clerk and medical records clerk duties.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and patient registration.
• Handle customer inquiries with care and accuracy.
• Utilize EMR and office software in daily workflows.
