Children’s Hospital of Michigan is seeking a results-driven healthcare leader to drive excellence in ambulatory clinics and patient outcomes. You will oversee multiple clinics, manage performance improvement initiatives, and collaborate with senior leadership on regulatory compliance and department budgets.

The role requires supervisory experience, an appropriate nursing license in Michigan when applicable, and a degree in health administration or related field.

Qualifikationen

• Three years of supervisory experience in a medical practice or ambulatory setting, including budget analysis.
• RN license in Michigan and relevant degree if role includes coverage of Cardiology/CV Surgery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration or clinical healthcare field; Master’s degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversees management of designated clinics/clinical services and evaluates performance improvement and staffing.
• Ensures regulatory requirements and standards are communicated, implemented and monitored per law.
• Collaborates with ambulatory operations leaders to align procedures and budgets.
• Develops policies and procedures; conducts performance appraisals and budget monitoring.
• Monitors compliance with laws, Joint Commission requirements and hospital policies.
