Qualifications

• Current RN license in Michigan strongly preferred.
• Five+ years of management or supervisory experience in healthcare.
• Experience in ambulatory/outpatient medical settings requested.
• CPR/BLS certification as required by licensure or standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and management of the medical practice.
• Lead staff development, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
• Monitor clinical quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee practice operations, budgets, and productivity measures.
• Communicate priorities and updates in regular staff meetings.
