Job summary

DMC Children's Hospital of Michigan in Detroit seeks an operations leader to oversee ambulatory services across specialties, driving efficiency and patient flow in both hospital-based and outpatient sites.

Under the direction of executive leadership, you will develop budgets, performance metrics, facilities plans, and standardized policies to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality care across multiple service lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration or related field ( Master's preferred).
• 5–7 years in ambulatory operations or related area with supervisory experience.
• Experience with physician practice information systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for ambulatory services across hospital-based and outpatient settings.
• Develop plans to meet patient distribution and access needs across facilities.
• Assist in budgeting and performance metrics for ambulatory operations.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure regulatory compliance and quality improvement across service lines.
