Responsibilities

• Manage designated group of clinics/clinical services and oversee performance improvement, staffing, fiscal management and customer service outcomes.
• Ensure regulatory requirements and standards are communicated, implemented and monitored.
• Collaborate with ambulatory service managers to ensure consistency in operations and drive continuous improvement.
• Initiate personnel actions and oversee hiring, firing and disciplinary processes as needed.
• Develop, monitor and assess daily, monthly and yearly goals; assist in budget development for the area.
