Job summary

DMC Children’s Hospital of Michigan is seeking a results-driven nursing leader to drive excellence in patient outcomes and operational success at our Detroit site.

The Manager Patient Services will report to Nursing leadership, oversee a major nursing function, lead staffing and budget processes, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with senior leadership to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• BSN required with RN licensure in Michigan.
• Master's degree preferred; if master's, either BSN or MSN must be in Nursing.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a nursing function or unit and provide business support to Nursing operations.
• Lead performance improvement, staffing, fiscal management, and customer service.
• Develop and monitor budgets and perform performance appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and collaborate with senior leadership.
