Job summary

Group Health Cooperative of South Central Wisconsin seeks a Registered Nurse Team Coordinator to lead ambulatory clinic teams, supervise staff, and ensure high‑quality nursing care with a patient‑centered approach. The role covers day‑to‑day operations across multiple clinic sites in Wisconsin, under supervision of the Clinic Manager.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Wisconsin is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years of professional nursing experience in ambulatory/clinic settings desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and leadership to the patient care team in the Patient Care Services Department.
• Lead day-to-day operations and coordinate clinic staffing and performance.
• Deliver direct patient care, telephone triage, patient education, and care coordination as needed.
