Job summary

Capitol Clinic in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking an RN Team Coordinator to lead ambulatory nursing care and supervise patient care staff within the Patient Care Services Department.

The RN Team Coordinator works under the Clinic Manager, performing triage, direct patient care, education, care coordination, and staff development while ensuring high quality nursing practice and patient‑centered care.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN licensure is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years of professional nursing experience; ambulatory/clinic experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is desirable.
• CPR/AED certification required; obtain within 4 months of employment.
• Ability to travel to multiple work sites; valid Wisconsin driver license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and leadership to patient care team staff in ambulatory clinics.
• Serve as a clinical resource for nursing staff on clinic operations and care delivery.
• Perform telephone triage, patient education, direct care, and care coordination.
• Collaborate with Clinic Managers and other coordinators to support day‑to‑day operations.
