Job summary

Advocate Health in Wisconsin is seeking an Ambulatory and Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in our ambulatory clinics. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, advocate for patients, and apply evidence-based practices to promote optimal health outcomes.

The role requires completing an accredited nursing program, a valid RN license in Wisconsin, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of RN experience preferred, in Primary Care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care in ambulatory clinic setting and coordinate care using the nursing process.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and advocate for patient needs.
  • Support the Delavan, Elkhorn, and Walworth Clinics.
  • Weekly travel to three locations: Delavan, Walworth, Elkhorn.
