Job summary

Enloe Health is seeking an RN Clinical Educator to develop and drive clinical education, onboarding, competency validation, and regulatory readiness across ambulatory clinics. This role supports multiple specialty locations and serves as a resource for RNs, LVNs, medical assistants, and other staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Three years of ambulatory, acute care, or specialty nursing experience.
• Experience in staff education, precepting, training, mentoring, or clinical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, implement, and evaluate clinical education programs.
• Onboard, validate competencies, and ensure regulatory readiness across Ambulatory Operations.
• Collaborate with clinic leaders, Infection Prevention, Quality, and Regulatory departments to maintain standards.
• Promote clinical excellence through staff development and ongoing education initiatives.
