Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s preferred.
• CRHCP and/or CNE or related nursing education certification preferred.
• Current RN license (State of New Hampshire) and BLS/CPR certification renewal required.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver orientation, continuing education, and competency programs for provider practices.
• Evaluate educational needs through observation, performance data, and collaboration with leaders and staff.
• Create evidence-based learning materials, simulations, and skill validations to improve clinical performance and standardize care.
• Evaluate program effectiveness using metrics like staff competency and patient outcomes.
• Provide on-site education across multiple locations and assist with clinical operations as needed.
• Lead technology, equipment, and policy rollouts with training and evaluation.
