Southern New Hampshire Health is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Educator, Ambulatory, to join Foundation Medical Partners’ Ambulatory Clinical Services. The role coordinates, develops, and delivers educational programs that support growth, competency, and professional development of clinical staff across ambulatory practices.

The RN Clinical Educator partners with clinical and operational leaders to enhance patient outcomes, strengthen clinical practice, support onboarding and competency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs for ambulatory clinical staff.
• Develop onboarding programs for new clinical hires.
• Create and evaluate role-specific competency assessments.
• Deliver continuing education programs focused on clinical skills, patient safety, and best practices.
• Conduct learning needs assessments and gap analyses to align educational initiatives with organizational requirements.
• Support the implementation of new workflows, services, and clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with leaders to promote evidence-based practice and high-quality patient care.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines.
• Mentor and support staff in their professional development and clinical practice.
