Enloe Health is seeking an RN Clinical Educator to develop and coordinate education, onboarding, competency validation, and regulatory readiness across ambulatory operations. This role supports multiple clinic locations and serves as a clinical education resource for RNs, LPNs, and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Three years of ambulatory, acute care, or specialty nursing experience.
• Experience in staff education, precepting, training, mentoring, or clinical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, implement, and evaluate clinical education, onboarding, competency validation, and regulatory readiness across Ambulatory Operations.
• Support multiple specialty and community clinic locations and serve as a clinical education resource for nurses, LPNs, medical assistants, and other ambulatory staff.
• Partner with clinic leaders, infection prevention, quality, and regulatory teams to ensure safe patient care and compliance with standards.
• Promote clinical excellence through staff development, evidence-based practice, and ongoing education initiatives.
