Job summary

You will mentor RNs and LVNs, coordinate orientation, and partner with nursing leadership to ensure smooth transitions to practice and optimal patient outcomes.

The role requires current RN licensure, active BLS, at least 5 years of acute care experience, and 2 years of educational training.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RN license issued by the State.
• Current BLS certification on hire and maintained.
• Minimum of 5 years acute care experience.
• Minimum of 2 years educational experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the success and growth of new hire programs and standardize educational training.
• Support preceptors and engage with nursing leadership to forward education goals.
