Job summary

Elliot Health System is seeking a Resource Nurse who will serve as the immediate clinical resource on a designated unit and shift. The role includes overseeing daily RN duties, guiding staff, and ensuring smooth real-time operations within the unit.

Qualifications

• Education: BSN required or actively enrolled in a program.
• Experience: Minimum of two years in acute care, clinical proficiency.
• Licensure: RN license in New Hampshire.
• Technical Certification: Life support (BLS/ACLS) as appropriate.
• Professional Certification: Specialty certification within six months of eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversees unit operations on assigned shift and ensures smooth real-time workflow.
• Acts as a first-line clinical resource for staff and supports patient care.
• Collaborates with Practice Manager for scheduling, staffing, and quality matters.
• Mentors staff and provides guidance for performance and professional development.
