Job summary

Elliot Health System is seeking an RN Resource Nurse Ambulatory for the Manchester Urology service, serving Dover & Portsmouth locations. The role provides direct patient care and acts as a clinical resource for staff, focusing on efficient unit operations and collaboration with the Practice Manager.

The position requires BSN (or active enrollment), NH RN licensure, and 2+ years of acute care experience, with life support certifications appropriate to the patient population.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN required or must be actively enrolled in a program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and serve as a first-line clinical resource to staff on designated unit and shift.
• Ensure smooth real-time operations of the unit on assigned shift.
• Mentor and coach staff, support Practice Manager, and ensure quality patient care.
