Reporting to QM leadership, the role emphasizes High-Reliability practices, risk management, and performance improvement through PDSA cycles and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• CPHQ certification preferred within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively to different audiences.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office and Flowchart tools.
• Knowledgeable on High-Reliability Principles and PDSA methodology.
• Support quality management program across facilities and lead QM projects.
• Apply clinical knowledge and analytics to identify opportunities and implement improvements.
• Direct teams to achieve quality outcomes and regulatory readiness.
