Reporting to the Director of Quality, you will analyze trends, support regulatory readiness, and work with leaders to implement changes that enhance patient safety and care quality across the organization.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school or practical certificate program.
• Three years of healthcare experience.
• One year of quality management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and acquire data from source systems for clinical quality metrics.
• Abstract, aggregate, analyze data, and review medical records for quality assessment.
• Support quality management and performance improvement initiatives.
