Job summary

CommonSpirit Medical Group (Mountain Management Services) seeks a Quality Review RN to advance ambulatory clinical quality and patient experience. You will serve as a subject matter expert for ambulatory clinical quality metrics and reporting, focusing on patient safety, clinical excellence, and efficient workflows.

You will collaborate with Operations in a dyad leadership model to champion improvement, embed evidence-based practices, and participate in enterprise forums and committees.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license required for TN.
• Registered Nurse license required for GA.
• 4–6 years healthcare experience required.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert for ambulatory clinical quality metrics and reporting.
• Promote patient safety, clinical excellence, and efficient workflows in ambulatory settings.
• Collaborate with Operations in a dyad leadership model to champion improvement.
• Embed evidence-based practices and advance a culture of high reliability.
• Provide clinical leadership across enterprise forums and committees.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, patient safety enhancements, and risk reduction.
