Job summary

The Program Manager of Patient Safety at ChristianaCare Medical Group (MGCC) leads ambulatory patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across all MGCC practices and in collaboration with community partners. You will monitor accreditation standards and drive data‑driven improvements to protect patients and staff.

Ideal candidates have experience with accreditation processes, regulatory standards, and performance improvement; CPHQ is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Delaware (active or eligible).
• BSN preferred for clinical leadership roles in ambulatory settings.
• CPHQ certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and subject matter expertise in patient safety and accreditation across MGCC ambulatory practices.
• Monitor safety and performance data, identify trends, and develop action plans to improve outcomes.
• Support regulatory readiness through surveys, tracer activities, and policy development.
• Lead root cause analyses and coordinate performance improvement initiatives with interdisciplinary teams.
