The role leads budgeting, scheduling, front desk performance, and patient flow, while collaborating with billing. It supports policy development, staff training, and patient satisfaction initiatives.

Qualifications

• One year of supervisory experience in practice management.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare financial management and patient flow.
• Experience with clinic budgeting and staffing plans.
• Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Meet business, patient, and employee satisfaction goals.
• Supervise staff during clinic operations.
• Develop and monitor the clinic budget and objectives.
• Lead hiring, training, and staff development.
• Manage provider scheduling and patient wait times.
• Monitor front desk workflow and billing-related metrics.
• Oversee referrals and scheduling processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Central Billing Office.
• Support policy development and staffing optimization.
• Maintain payroll accuracy and time management.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
