Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years of progressive managerial/supervisory experience in a medical practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage all administrative and operational functions for the assigned practice, including inventory control, personnel management, patient relations and patient flow.
• Oversee development and implementation of goals and objectives to improve operations.
• Develop and implement new office procedures to improve office flow and overall operations.
• Manage daily operations including staff scheduling, cash reconciliation, charge entry and checks and balances.
• Handle Human Resources activities: interviewing, hiring, orientation and evaluation to ensure optimal staffing.
• Review and manage the operational budget and expenditures to stay within budget parameters.
