Qualifications

• Associate degree required; healthcare setting preferred.
• 3–5 years of hospital-based physician practice management experience.
• Proficient English communication in person, by phone, and in writing.
• Knowledge of physician billing and coding regulations; ICD-CPT/HCPCS courses preferred.
• Ability to work independently with accuracy, efficiency and organization.
• Ability to respond calmly to emergent or stressful situations.
• Intermediate computer skills with MS Office and ability to generate reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the practice, including patient registration and billing.
• Supervise non-clinical staff and establish work schedules.
• Manage patient flow and adherence to site policies and procedures.
• Oversee physician billing and related financial operations.
• Support staff development and performance evaluations.
