Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive leadership experience in an ambulatory, medical office, or outpatient setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, coding, insurance billing, and scheduling.
• Experience with interdisciplinary team collaboration and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of assigned physician practice/program including staff management.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets and oversee financial performance.
• Maximize front-end revenue processes and collaborate with billing teams.
• Lead HR functions including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
