Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in business, management or related area.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business, management or related areas strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant health care or medical practice experience.
• 2 - 3 years of relevant supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities of team members within the practice and ensure optimal patient flow and satisfaction.
• Train team members and liaise between providers, staff and leadership.
• Manage charge capture processing, standard work, process improvement and staffing.
• Evaluate team performance and development, ensuring policy adherence.
