Job summary

Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, Maine is seeking a Practice Manager for the Endocrinology Clinic. This full-time, day schedule role leads clinic operations, directs staff and manages the financial performance of the practice within CMH, part of Prime Healthcare Foundation.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business or at least five years of healthcare leadership experience, with Medical Group experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business or related field or a minimum of five years Healthcare leadership/management experience is required.
• Medical Group experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and administrative management to the Endocrinology Clinic operations.
• Direct and evaluate activities of staff, manage financial performance and promote the practice within Medical Group.
• Fill in staffing needs and coverage as required, considering licensing requirements.
