Job summary

Baptist Health - Central Alabama is seeking a Practice Manager II to oversee Prattville Medical Park's physician clinic operations, staff, and finances. The role ensures efficient processes and strong physician relations within Baptist Health Physician Group.

The candidate will lead front/back-office teams, manage budgets, and drive quality improvement while maintaining regulatory compliance across the clinic’s services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or health care related field preferred.
• 3–5 years within Baptist Health System or affiliate; or 5+ years healthcare management experience.
• RN is a plus; professional designations (CMPE/CPC/CHE/FACHE) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of an employed physician clinic within Baptist Health Physician Group.
• Oversee personnel management, staff training, and front/back-office supervision.
• Handle ancillary services, financial management, purchasing/inventory, and records management.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure corporate compliance.
• Coordinate facility maintenance and physician relations with other departments.
