Brigham and Women's Hospital is seeking an ambulatory customer service representative to support daily patient flow. You will check patients in and out, schedule appointments, and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and thrives in a busy environment while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. This is a Per Diem, onsite role with a Tue/Wed/Fri focus and potential for additional days as needed.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Office experience of 2-3 years required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic office procedures.

Mansioni

• Check patients in and out and schedule appointments.
• Greet patients and answer calls; manage routine inquiries.
• Process billing forms and scan documents to medical records/EPIC.
• Act as a Super User for scheduling, registration, and billing systems.
