Job summary

Trinity Health MI is seeking a part-time Ambulatory Pharmacy Technician to support an anticoagulation clinic in Grand Rapids, MI. The role involves triaging calls, processing referrals, scheduling appointments, and keeping patient records current across Trinity Health Medical Group practices.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, ASHP/ACPE training, Michigan licensure with PTCB, and at least two years of pharmacy experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of ASHP/ACPE pharmacy technician training program.
• Preferred completion of a formal Pharmacy Technician certification program; or two years of college with emphasis in math, science, or medical field applications.
• Active Michigan Pharmacy Technician Licensure (Full) AND PTCB National Certification.

Responsibilities

• Triages phone calls on a multi-line system.
• Processes patient referrals and schedules appointments.
• Maintains accurate, up-to-date patient records across clinics.
• Supports additional ambulatory pharmacy clinics as needed to ensure continuity of care.
