Qualifications

• PharmD with at least 5 years of progressive health-system leadership experience.
• Experience in ambulatory, perioperative, or outpatient settings with DEA, USP, and state board knowledge.
• Experience leading 340B program operations and HRSA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ambulatory medication management across ASC and clinics.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, medication safety, and quality initiatives.
• Lead inventory, purchasing, and IDS planning.
• Develop policies and governance for medication management across sites.
• Collaborate with Clinical Trials Office and Epic for workflows.
