Tufts Medicine seeks a Pharmacy Manager to lead the 340B program across acute and ambulatory settings. This role reports to Pharmacy leadership and focuses on policy, compliance, reporting, and cross-functional coordination with procurement and HRSA.

The successful candidate will bring deep hospital pharmacy experience, supervisory skills, and a strong grasp of 340B regulations, with the ability to educate staff yearly and lead a team of pharmacists and students.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
• Licensed Pharmacist.
• Minimum 5 years of hospital pharmacy experience with supervisory responsibilities.

Mansioni

• Lead the 340B Oversite Committee and coordinate activities.
• Ensure HRSA website information is current and changes are communicated.
• Audit and document regulatory changes to maintain compliance.
• Collaborate with procurement to review 340B crosswalks and accumulations.
• Review and adjust Contract Pharmacy financial performance and reporting.
• Organize weekly 340B meetings and quarterly Oversite Committee sessions.
• Precept PGY1 residents and pharmacy students.
• Ensure proper purchasing practices for pharmaceuticals.
