Job summary

University Medical Center of El Paso (UMC) seeks an Administrative Director for Outpatient Pharmacy Services to plan, organize, and direct operations for all outpatient and ambulatory pharmacy services, including retail, specialty, and clinic pharmacies.

Under the Assistant Administrator of Pharmacy, this role develops strategy for new ambulatory programs, oversees clinical services, data analytics, and inventory management in alignment with the hospital's strategic plan.

Qualifications

• PharmD required with state license.
• BCPS or equivalent preferred; BLS/ACLS required.

Responsibilities

• Lead outpatient/ambulatory pharmacy operations across multiple service lines.
• Develop and implement ambulatory pharmacy programs aligned with strategic plan.
• Oversee budgeting, procurement, and revenue initiatives across locations.
