Citizens Medical Center is seeking a Pharmacy Director to oversee inpatient and employee-retail pharmacy operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant services. You will drive strategic planning, develop staff, and coordinate with administration and clinical leadership.

Strong leadership in pharmacy practice, 5+ years of management experience, and a Texas license are required; PharmD or MBA/MS is preferred. This role supports a comprehensive benefits package in a not-for-profit hospital.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Five (5) years of clinical pharmacy experience; progressive healthcare leadership or management with 5+ staff supervision.
• Current, active, and unencumbered Texas Pharmacy License.
• Excellent communication and relationship skills to collaborate with administration, clinicians, and vendors; empower staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong organization and analytical abilities; deep knowledge of pharmacy laws; EHR proficiency.
• Preferred: PharmD or MBA/MS; LEAN processes.
