Job summary

Northwestern Medicine seeks a Performance Analyst to support ambulatory operations, patient access, engagement, and financial performance. The role focuses on data-driven improvements, reporting, and project support across practice leadership and system initiatives.

You will collaborate with Epic training teams, coordinate Go Lives, and help develop action plans while ensuring compliance with policies and standards within the Health Network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
• Alternatively, 5+ years of health care operations experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and interact with employees at all levels.
• Excellent classroom facilitation and training skills with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• A strong team player who is organized and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Supports Performance Managers and practice leadership with ambulatory operations initiatives and goals.
• Aid in developing practice level strategies, goal setting, and action plans.
• Accurately generate reports, document findings, and provide recommendations.
• Support project management for new practices, activations, acquisitions, and clinic optimization.
• Coordinate with training teams to support Go Lives and practice changes.
• Represent Ambulatory Operations on system and local committees.
