Responsibilities

• Support ambulatory operations initiatives focusing on patient access, engagement and financial performance.
• Assist in developing practice-level strategies and action plans.
• Generate reports, document findings and provide recommendations.
• Coordinate with practice leadership on new business processes and go-live support.
• Manage training and onboarding for new hires and practice integrations.
• Support Go-Lives with Epic Ambulatory changes and updates.
• Represent Ambulatory Operations on system and local committees.
