Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or 4 years of equivalent technical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and related fields in healthcare preferred.
• Proficiency in moderate to complex SQL queries and in data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Support performance management and data analytics for Ambulatory Services.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of operational metrics related to people, access/growth, and quality/safety.
• Create dashboards and visualizations for clinical leadership using Tableau/Power BI.
