Responsibilities

• Designs strategies to improve patient flow and lobby operations across all facilities.
• Guides patients and visitors, providing accurate information and ensuring smooth patient flow in lobbies across campuses.
• Assists with patient mobility needs, including lift and transfer requests, and safe transport of wheelchairs, stretchers, and mobility devices.
• Collaborates with support services and nursing staff to strengthen patient experience and clinician relations.
• Participates in patient experience initiatives to promote a patient-centered environment.
