The Ambulatory Operations Coordinator provides advanced coordination and administrative support for all ambulatory operations, including vendor performance, records accuracy, and process improvement. The Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for escalated vendor issues, monitors key performance indicators (KPIs), and collaborates with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality completion of patient record collection, pathology, and imaging needs. This role also supports project-based initiatives within the Ambulatory Operations team, providing feedback on process improvement and data accuracy. This is an onsite role within Ambulatory Administrative Offices and may require travel to satellite locations based on project assignments.
Salary Range $21.65 - $33.05 Salary ranges posted for this position represent the expected base pay range for the role. Actual compensation may vary based on location and a variety of job-related factors, including experience, skills, education, and internal equity among Team Members in similar positions.
