Job summary

You will handle check-in/check-out, registration, insurance verification, referrals, and active account verification, while coordinating scheduling for new and follow-up appointments, labs, diagnostics, and chemotherapy with direct patient interaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• 3 years experience in a related role
• Experience in fast-paced professional customer service within healthcare preferred
