Kaiser Permanente in Oregon seeks an experienced RNFA to support the intra-operative phase across surgical services at the Northwest Region Ambulatory Surgery Centers. You will assist the surgeon and OR team with instruments, exposure, hemostasis, and tissue handling per AORN standards and hospital protocols.

You will perform pre- and post-operative coordination, assist with room setup, draping, positioning, and turnover, while ensuring sterile technique and patient safety.

Qualificações

• Two years of intra-operative scrubbing and circulating experience.
• One year as RNFA or completion of a CCI RNFA course and ASC agreement.
• Meets RNFA qualifications per AORN and state policies.
• CRNFA certification preferred.
• Ability to assist on all cases within Surgical Services.

Responsabilidades

• Assist surgeon and OR team intra-operatively with instruments, exposure, and hemostasis.
• Prepare room, supplies, and equipment per protocol.
• Assist with patient positioning, draping, and transfers.
• Maintain sterile technique and assist with documentation as required.
• Support post-operative turnover and room teardown with the team.
• Communicate continuity of care to patient and family.
