Tenet Healthcare Corporation’s Ambulatory Services division seeks an Ambulatory Operations Support Coordinator to provide business admin support for assigned hospital ambulatory services, ensure accurate registration, coding, and billing, and monitor workflows.

You will act as liaison between physician and satellite clinics, coordinate monthly front-end training, and help implement compliance with third-party regulations and process improvements.

Qualificações

• Analytical ability to research, review and present financial information.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with health care staff.
• Knowledge of computer software including spreadsheets, word processing, and databases.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support for Ambulatory Services and billing workflows.
• Monitor registration, coding, and charge entry; maintain CDM and clinic charges.
• Coordinate monthly front-end staff meetings; train and share performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with third-party regulations and billing changes.
