Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN approved Nursing program.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• 5 years RN experience and 2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve department performance.
• Meet or exceed department financial goals and objectives.
• Provide direct patient care or act as charge; mentor nursing staff.
• Ensure adherence to policies, ethics, and nursing standards.
• Participate in addressing patient/physician/family concerns and complaints.
• Review staffing plans to ensure adequate coverage and cost-effective care.
• Oversee hiring, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
