UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced nurse leader to provide clinical and managerial oversight within ambulatory or general patient care areas. The role requires collaboration with the Medical Director, faculty, and staff to achieve productivity, access, quality, and patient experience goals.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years as an RN with 2+ years in supervisory roles, a BSN, NLN-approved program completion, and a Texas RN license.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree (BSN) required and NLN-approved nursing program.
• RN license in Texas (upon hire) required.
• Minimum 5 years RN experience and 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.

• Collaborates with Medical Director, faculty, staff and stakeholders to meet productivity, access, quality and patient experience goals.
• Oversees continuous performance improvement to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Manages daily clinical operations in line with System policies and guidelines.
• Defines and develops roles for licensed nursing personnel and other clinicians involved in ambulatory patient care.
• Monitors staffing and budgets to meet financial targets while ensuring quality care.
• Performs hiring oversight, new employee orientation, and ongoing performance evaluations.
• Mentors nursing staff and fosters professional growth through coaching and education.
