UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas seeks an Ambulatory RN Manager for Park Cities to lead clinical operations and nursing staff in an ambulatory setting. The role requires clinical expertise and strong management skills to achieve quality, access, and patient experience goals within a busy clinic.

The position requires a BSN from an NLN-approved program, Texas RN licensure, and at least five years of RN experience with two years of supervisory responsibilities.

Competenze

• RN with Texas license; BSN required.
• 5 years of RN experience, plus 2 years in management/supervisory roles.
• Current Texas RN license upon hire.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with Medical Director, faculty, staff and stakeholders to meet productivity, access, quality, and patient experience metrics.
• Oversee daily ambulatory operations and ensure adherence to policies and guidelines.
• Define roles for licensed nurses and allied personnel involved in ambulatory patient care.
• Develop and manage budgets, staffing, and capital plans to optimize patient outcomes and cost efficiency.
• Hire, orient, and coach nursing staff; conduct performance reviews and address issues as needed.
