Job summary

Shore Outpatient Surgicenter is seeking a full-time Urology Nurse Manager to lead nursing services in a surgical outpatient setting. The role includes establishing nursing philosophy, policy development, staffing, and quality improvement while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient safety.

Qualified candidates hold NJ RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and have leadership experience in intra-operative or urology care. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in nursing settings, including intra-operative or perioperative care.
• Active RN license in New Jersey (or eligible) and BLS/ACLS certification.
• Strong communication and team coordination skills.
• Ability to develop policies, schedules, and staff development plans.

Responsibilities

• Formulates nursing philosophy and objectives aligned with the Center's goals.
• Develops policies, procedures and staffing to meet objectives.
• Evaluates programs and patient care activities.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA, AAAHC and regulatory standards.
• Maintains documentation of patient care meeting legal criteria.
• Prepares nursing schedules and manages staffing.
