Job summary

VHC Health is seeking a Nurse Manager - Clinical Operations, Urology to lead ambulatory nursing services, optimize staffing, and drive quality and safety initiatives within the Urology service line. You will supervise clinical staff, mentor leaders, and ensure adherence to regulatory and care standards.

The role requires a BSN, 5+ years RN experience, and at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory capacity, with Virginia licensure or compact licensure and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting.
• Ambulatory setting experience strongly preferred.
• At least one (1) year of leadership, charge nurse, or nursing management experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations and daily ambulatory services within the department.
• Coordinate staffing models to meet patient care needs and operational demands.
• Drive clinical quality, regulatory readiness, and patient experience improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safety and service excellence.
