Qualifikationen

• Must have a nursing degree and be licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Alabama.

Aufgaben

• Lead, train, inspire, and evaluate all clinical team members across all offices.
• Screen, interview, hire, discipline, and terminate staff in coordination with HR.
• Supervise onboarding and orientation for all clinical staff.
• Schedule weekly nursing staffing for all physicians/providers at all locations.
• Ensure physician schedules are supported by experienced staff.
• Monitor time and attendance; counsel and discipline as needed.
• Minimize overtime and address performance concerns with HR if needed.
• Meet regularly with staff to build relationships and trust.
• Maintain open-door policy for communication.
• Coordinate implementation of clinical protocols and communicate changes.
• Lead OSHA safety initiatives and ensure compliance and training.
• Provide annual OSHA training and maintain related records.
• Schedule CPR recertification and ensure staff are current.
• Oversee supplies, equipment, and inventory within budget.
• Ensure licensure/credentials are up-to-date for all staff.
