Qualifications

• Provides developmental opportunities, builds collaborative, cross-functional relationships, and coaches performance to drive improvement.
• Manages designated work unit by translating business plans into tactical action items; ensures policies and procedures are followed and standards are met.
• Manages ambulatory operations to support patient care, including reporting, HR activities, budgeting input, and procedural compliance.
• Ensures standardized care delivery by partnering with physicians and experts, monitoring daily operations, managing resources, and overseeing emergency preparedness.

Responsibilities

• Provides developmental opportunities for others; builds collaborative, cross-functional relationships. Solicits and acts on performance feedback; works closely with employees to set goals and provide open feedback and coaching to drive performance improvement.
• Manages designated work unit or team by translating business plans into tactical action items; oversees the completion of work assignments and identifies opportunities for improvement; ensures all policies and procedures are followed.
• Manages ambulatory operations to support patient care by driving action items, compliance with timelines, reporting, HR activities, and budget considerations.
• Ensures standardized care delivery by developing partnerships with physicians and experts, monitoring daily operational activities, and leading project teams for implementation and recovery planning.
• Manages improvements to patient-centered operations and technology processes by identifying root causes and implementing solutions tied to department initiatives.
