Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Ambulatory - Rx/CSA unit in Baldwin Building, Minnesota. You will provide nursing care under the supervision of an RN or supervisor and assist in meeting patient needs according to the care plan.

Responsibilities include data collection, communication with the care team, and participation in quality improvement initiatives. LPN license with BLS required; daytime hours with possible staffing adjustments.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of practical nursing or equivalent required.
• Current LPN license by state requirements.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to assigned patients under RN/supervisor guidance.
• Participate in care planning and documentation.
• Deliver care per patient care plan and organizational procedures.
